We are a family of winegrowers from Ribera del Duero, in Gumiel de Izan. Our family has been cultivating vineyards for several generations and selling the grapes to the town’s cooperative. After many years of harvest, in 2005, we decided to start making our own wine . That wine was quite successful among friends and acquaintances so that, fifteen years later in 2020, we decided to hire the winemaking in a winery of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, market it with our own trademark and create our website for online sale.
We are three friends and relatives. We have learned to make wine from all sources: university, good friends winemakers and winemakers of the wineries and also studying the degree of Superior Viticulture Technician at the School of the Vine in Madrid.
We produce Crianza wines with Ribera del Duero D.O. and with a very limited production: between 3000 and 6000 bottles per year. We are a family business, without major economic aspiration. Our pretension and interest is the pride and satisfaction from producing and selling a quality red wine that could compete with the high mid-range of the wines of the Ribera del Duero and also enjoying while we do that.
