Aurélie et Fabien ROMANY

The Aurélie and Fabien ROMANY estate is a 20-hectare family estate located in Bully, in the south of the Beaujolais region. The vineyard, largely planted in the 1950s and 1960s, is certified organic (Gamay since 2013, Chardonnay since 2023) on granite and volcanic soils. We have been making wine at the estate since 2019 with a hands-off approach, focusing on the work in the vineyard. Our main objective in the vineyard and in the cellar is the quality of the wine. Our philosophy: “healthy vines in healthy soil.” The farm also raises cattle and grows grain.
