1. Registration

1.1 GWB reserves the right to refuse or deny any submission if the profile is incomplete, inaccurate, or contains false information. 

1.2 By registering with GWB, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

1.3 Upon registration, you will automatically be subscribed to our internal mailing list and will receive The GWB Newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@globalwinebiz.com.

1.4 GWB does not guarantee the accuracy of any content and accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or reliance on such content. 

2. Membership

2.1 Membership grants you full access to company profiles and the contact information of wine professionals and producers registered on GWB. 

2.2 Membership plans renew automatically unless cancelled by the member. 

2.3 You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing contact@globalwinebiz.com. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 48 hours. 

2.4 Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining time. 

3. Username & Passwords

3.1 Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential. 

3.2 You may not share, transfer, or disclose your login details to any third party or organization. 

3.3 Unauthorized use of your login details constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in the immediate termination of your membership and access to GWB services, without refund. 

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

4.1 Information in the GWB database is provided by members and is not independently verified by GWB. 

4.2 All business contacts, services, or transactions facilitated through GWB are conducted solely between you and the other parties involved. 

4.3 In no event shall GWB be liable for any damages of any kind (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the website, services, or information provided. 

4.4 By registering with GWB, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 GWB and its employees shall not be held responsible for any business losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of GWB’s website. 

6. Content

6.1 You agree not to use GWB’s services to send, upload, or post any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. 

6.2 GWB assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of information provided by members. 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 GWB collects information from users during registration, website interactions, and participation in feedback mechanisms (such as polls or surveys).
