Tenuta Il Finale – Where Piemonte Comes Alive in Every Glass

Founded in 2021 by David Mogford, Tenuta Il Finale is a boutique winery celebrating Piemonte’s heritage and native grapes—Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Arneis. Nestled between Castagnole delle Lanze and Costigliole d’Asti, the estate’s seven hectares of old-vine Barbera, some nearly 100 years old, thrive on steep, limestone-rich slopes.

Sustainably farmed and minimally intervened in the cellar, each vineyard expresses its unique terroir. The 2024 Terroir Series highlights this diversity, while the flagship Barbera d’Asti “Il Sogno” embodies David’s dream: bringing people together over wine, food, and friendship.
